Applicable for bookings under 08 rooms:
* Low season: May, September, October
– Cancellation before 10 days (except Saturday, Sunday, holidays, New Year) compared to the day of arrival: no charge.
– Cancellation within 10 days (except Saturday, Sunday, holidays, New Year) compared to the day of arrival or not: charge 100% of the total room charge.
* High season: January, February, March, April, June, July, August, November, December
– Cancellation before 18 days (except Saturday, Sunday, holidays, New Year) compared to the day of arrival: no charge.
– Cancellation within 18 days (except Saturday, Sunday, holidays, New Year) compared to the day of arrival or not: charge 100% of the total room charge.

Rules on children and extra beds

– Children from under 5 years old: Free sharing room with adults (including breakfast).
– Children from 06 – 12 years old: Surcharge 150,000 VND / child when sharing a room with parents (including breakfast).
– Children over 12 years old: As adults, an extra bed is required.

Cancellation / change policy

Cancellation / exchange fee of a booking service = cancellation / exchange fee of the hotel + transaction processing fee of Chudu24.

Cancellation / exchange fee of the hotel: the fee is calculated based on the cancellation conditions.

Chudu24’s transaction processing fees are as follows:

Order below 5 million: from 50,000 VND to 2% of the total value of the service
Order over 5 million: 1.5% of the total value of the service
